Lone Star’s track and field athletes totaled 21 points at the Haxtun Relays, held April 26 in Holyoke.
The girls team scored 15 points.
Alivia Weathers swept the hurdles, winning the 100s in 16.97 seconds, and the 300s in 49.26 seconds. She also won the triple jump with a distance of 33-foot-1.25. Weathers and Lamya Kuntz tied for second in the pole vault, both clearing 9-2.
The boys scored six points.
Abraham Martinez cleared 10-10 for second in the pole vault. Ethan Glenn was third in the 3200-meter run with a time of 13:19.76, and eighth in the 800 in 2:30.91. Wyatt Cochran ws sixth in the discus with a distance of 105-10.
Last Saturday’s Akron Tom Meyer Invitational was rescheduled to May 10 due to high-wind conditions. The League Meet was rescheduled to Saturday, May 7, at Holyoke.

Otis High School’s track and field teams competed at the Haxtun Relays, held earlier last week in Holyoke
Taylor Ringlein was seventh in the 800-meter run with a time of 2 minutes, 30.49 seconds. Sawyer Packer was eighth in the long jump with a distance of 17-7.75.
Boys and girls combined to place eighth in the 4-by-100 throwers relay, as Brian Coyle, Jacob Perry, Hailey Stivers and Koden McPheron finished in 1:10.98.
