Yuma District Hospital & Clinics will be hosting the Fall Health Fair on Saturday.
It will be at the hospital after being held at other locations in the community through the years. It will be from 7 to 10 a.m.
The last of lab draw dates in Yuma prior to the health fair is Thursday, October 23 from 6 to 9 a.m. There is one at the Akron Clinic on Friday, October 24, from 6 to 9 a.m.
At the health fair, there will be blood testing, information about wellness visits, and a chance to sign-up in the patient portal.
There will be a several community resource booths. Those who attend the health fair will have a chance to win a Blackstone Grill from Ace Hardware, a $250 Amazon gift card, one-month fitness membership from Quintech, and a massage by South Main Studio.
Vendors at the health fair include Baby Bear Hugs, Community Blessings, Yuma County Cattle Women, Eben Ezer, David Walsh Cancer Center, Early Childhood Council, SARA House, County Express, Disabled American Veterans, Rural Community Resource Center, Hometown Home Care, Yuma Lions Club, Yuma District Hospital Foundation and Ladies Auxiliary, Hillcrest Care Center and The Towers, and Northeast Colorado Health Department.
