Virginia enjoyed working as the secretary at the Liberty School in Joes, Colorado, as a paralegal for an attorney in Yuma, Colorado, and then as a supervisor and enumerator in Colorado for the USDA.
Virginia was instrumental in starting the craft fair in her local Joes community. She enjoyed various crafts such as sewing, beading, knitting and stained glass. She stayed in touch with many friends and family via social media and/or in person. She loved traveling with her daughters for “girls get-away trips.” She was active in her church and loved learning about our Lord and Savior and His gospel. She took great notes and often relistened to sermons online for the benefit of the closed caption after attending church services. She loved weekly Bible classes in small groups via Zoom and enjoyed meeting monthly with the Seasoned Saints for fellowship when her health permitted. One of her favorite verses was Ephesians 1: 1-14 regarding spiritual blessings for His predestined chosen.
