Liberty’s wrestlers competed in the Wiggins Invitational last Saturday.
The girls team scored 28 points.
Sky Richards placed second at 120 while going 3-1. She won her first three matches with first-period pins in 27, 33 and 44 seconds, but suffered a loss by major decision in the championship match. Annika Archuleta went 2-2 at 125-130, both wins coming by pin. Serenity Westerfer earned one win by fall at 100 pounds.
The boys scored six points. Albert Keller earned one win at 285, a first-period pin. Edward Keller got a win by fall at 215. Justin Sawatzky wrestled n the 175-B division, going 2-2 including a 54-second pin.
