Two years after making major changes to the Yuma County Fair schedule, more adjustments have been made for 2024.
The Yuma County Fair Board made and approved the changes.
The main days of the fair have been condensed to five days, Thursday through Monday, after going Wednesday through Monday the past two years. The dates for 2024 will be August 1-5.
The Yuma County Fair Parade has been moved from Saturday morning to Monday morning.
The night show concert will remain on Friday night, and the Junior Livestock Sale will remain on Saturday afternoon, though the starting time has been moved back a bit to 5:30 p.m.
Horse Show will be on Thursday morning, Swine Show Thursday evening, Sheep and Goat shows on Friday, with Dairy being later in the day, and Beef Show will be Saturday morning.
County Events will be Sunday morning, and the PRCA Rodeos will remain on Sunday and Monday nights.
